As a psychologist with over 3000 hours of experience in consultancy and coaching my skill base is in working with people, systems and change. My practice as a psychologist has included leading a large team of psychologists, teaching psychologists at Russell Group Universities, including the University of Nottingham and the University of Sheffield, and conducting research into psychological coaching at the doctorate level. I have a proven track record in senior management, including direct responsibility for complex change, staff well-being and systems improvement. The skills and knowledge I have developed as an educational psychologist are able to relate to the difficulties individuals face in the workplace and the systems designed to support them. I also have extensive experience working as a coaching psychologist, and coaching can focus on a range of work-place issues. The background I have in working with children and families adds a further dimension when those specific skills are useful, such as difficulties with work-life balance.
